Some things in life just go together—like hot pizza and an ice-cold drink. So when we had the chance to join forces with Ginger Ale’s, the local drive-thru beverage pros, we knew it was a perfect match.
Ginger Ale’s has been serving up everything from handcrafted sodas to your favorite frappés and coffees with fast, friendly service. We’ve been slingin’ dough and baking up pizzas that hit just right. Put the two under one roof? Now you can grab a cheesy slice and a fizzy sip without even leaving your car.
You’ll find our collab in two spots—Mt. Carmel, IL and Charleston, IL—where the ovens are hot, the drinks are cold, and the vibe is all about convenience without sacrificing flavor. Because when local businesses work together, everyone gets something delicious.
Mike Kurtz’s Hot Honey
Bringing local heat to your favorite slice.
In Spring 2025, Bobe’s teamed up with Mike Kurtz to drizzle even more flavor onto our pizzas with his handcrafted Hot Honey. Mike’s beekeeping story started back in 2005 when he helped his father-in-law with hives and honey sales. By 2008, he was experimenting with his own hives south of Olney, flavoring each batch himself. Today, you’ll find his honey in unique varieties—traditional, hot, chocolate, cinnamon, jalapeño, peach, plus small-batch specialty drops—at Big R and Wildwood Framing & Galleries in Olney. Now, you’ll also taste it on your Bobe’s favorites, like our specialty pies that pack the perfect sweet-heat punch.

When it comes to flavor, we love teaming up with other local makers who share our passion—and Linneweber’s Sauce Company is a perfect fit. Their Hot Honey brings the heat (and just the right touch of sweet), making it the star of our specialty Bearded Dragon Pizza. Crafted with care and big on bold flavor, Linneweber’s sauces add that extra kick that keeps you coming back for more.
